Where did you grow up and what brought you to Colorado?

Colorado native, born in Boulder

What is your first memory of being on a bike?

My father teaching me to ride in a parking lot.

What was your first bike?

Schwinn Typhoon, black with chrome fenders

To whom do you attribute your passion for cycling?

My older brother led the way and I followed.

How long have you been in the cycling industry?

36 years

Do you do any racing/competition/first person to the road sign types-of-things?

Back in 1976 I began road racing at age 16 and spent the next 6 years racing throughout Colorado and the northwest

What bikes do you currently own, and which one do you happen to find yourself on the most?

I have Cannondale Supersix Evo with Dura Ace Di2 and Trek Superfly full-suspension.  I ride the road bike the most.

What is your greatest/coolest accomplishment on a bike?

The time spent with good friends on the bikes.

Where is your favorite place to ride in the Front Range?

A sunny day on the road with no wind - love that!
